Now that I work with teenagers I am seeing that they don't really listen or at least follow through with the advice I give them. It took timed screen shots, took keystroke count of everything typed on the computer, and even allowed me to view who my kids were talking to through chats, myspace and facebook. The download has no spy ware or viruses and the support desk operator was incredibly helpful and answered my emails promptly if I had any questions.
