Nope, you’re not crazy but might need help, who needs psychologists who charge tons of money. Get help from people like you who may have overcome these challenges themselves and have ample experience to help you through. From seasoned professionals who are well versed in such cases or merely people who want to help and have dealt with people like you, what’s important is to accept that something is wrong and that help is needed.
Acceptance is one of the most difficult things to do, for no one, and we mean no one wants to admit it outright they have issues. Pent up anger can get out of hand and easily turn violent without therapy and counseling.     Whoever said when the going gets tough the tough get going? There is alot of truth in this statement. I do believe that it is through tough time that we continue to develope our presonalities and outlook on life. We kniw that everything changes. It is only a matter of time. Tough times are no exception. We will get through this too. Sometimes the best cure is a hard days work. It gives us a reality check!!

    Yes Brian, when we are alone, the depression is so hard. And our depression often gets reflected on our behavior with our child. But, still, I believe apart from any professional help (which is so expensive), motivation is the key factor that can only help us to overcome all adverse situations and mental conditions.

    Emotions are the foundation on which we build our life. They inspire and they limit us. Joy, bliss and happiness along with anger, fear confusion and unworthiness make us a whole person. Anger is often the impetus of motivation to accomplish goals while fear has the exact opposite effect. Confusion on the other hand, keeps whiling thoughts spinning causing a cloud of chaos.     Uncontrolled emotions can become toxic emotions! Great article. Thank you for encouraging people to get help when they need it. Why struggle alone with anxiety and stress when anxiety counseling can help to manage those strong emotions that can lead to health problems. And why suffer alone and lose hope when you can get support and strength with depression counseling.
