I have found though sometimes implementing the suggestions just as hard - as you mentioned finding time and headspace to do the things suggested - thats often the battle. We know it will benefit us - but we still tend to put our own well being in the back ground. It's so easy as a Mom to focus on the needs of everyone else, except us. Contrary to what most of us grew up believing, we really need to put ourselves FIRST so we can be the best mother and partner possible. If we don't look after our kids' mother, who will?
