It's the one sentence that should be the easiest to roll off our lips. It's the most important one for us to hear. Be brave and love. I haven't trained my kids to say it, but they hear it from me and from their dad all the time so they are used to expressing it themselves,which I believe is a very good foundation of teaching our kids to be in touch with their feelings and intuition.
